Earlier this year, Pointury organised a round table on the Balanced Management Model, described by one of the participants as the best round table ever attended. Pointury & Balanced Management are now organising a “Balanced Management Model” training (5 online lessons), followed by a certification assessment and a graduation dinner.
The course will be given by Ruben Smolders, Platform & Integration Tribe Lead at the HR & Payroll provider SD Worx, founder of the Balanced Management model. The model tackles the shortcomings and pitfalls of recent agile transformations, increases the efficiency, effectiveness and engagement of software development tribes and is an excellent answer to the new challenges of remote and parttime work. The rapid scaling of the mysdworx platform across Europe is a recent striking example of the success of the model.
