In het steeds veranderende landschap van digitale zaken is het waarborgen van veilige maar naadloze interacties tussen klanten en online platforms van cruciaal belang geworden. Hier komt Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) naar voren als een cruciale oplossing. CIAM is niet zomaar een modewoord.
