BE20240521 AE CIAM Banner-Mar-25-2024-05-36-09-0667-PMOn Tuesday May 21, 2024 we had a Pointury event about Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) with Robin Pauwels as keynote speaker.

Building your CIAM business case, Inspired by a successtory at Mediahuis

We listened to an inspiring CIAM (customer & identity management) case study from Mediahuis and discovered how effective customer identity & access management can profoundly impact a customer journey, enhancing both customer experience and revenue generation.

With this program, Mediahuis strengthened its ambitions in the field of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The new platform significantly improved the login experience for more 1,8 million readers in four countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland and Luxembourg). At the same time the new CIAM platform brought improved security (including Multi-factor Authentication and bot detection), more login options (such as social login) and personalisation.

With readers switching rapidly from paper to digital a platform that could support this evolution while integrating 30 brands was needed.

The implementation project started with the 2 major brands and then gradually integrated more and more brands. That proved to be an excellent choice.
